LAND RATES PAYMENT 2022
For those who pay land rates through KLDA, you can now collect/request
for the demand note to make the payment. The rates remain same as last
year and the deadline is 25th March 2022 to enable the association
reconcile and make payments before 31st March 2022.
If you would like to pay by MPESA, please use the following details.

Please do not make any payment if unsure of the amount, feel free to
call the office or write an email to rose@klda.or.ke to enquire or get a
clarification. Remember to forward the payment notification to
0795385932 or to rose@klda.or.ke and indicate the plot number( LR
number) that you have made payments for.
Remember to also pay the Kshs. 5,000 annual subscription to MPESA
